Founder of Wisconsin American Indian Owned "Chemical Procurement inc." Collett and his team of PH.D. chemists began to produce industrial chemical formulations and work as a co-packer. Collett caught the eye of the Wisconsin business community working as a minority business enterprise (MBE) Rick Collett became a business adviser to two State of Wisconsin governors, Governor Earl and Tommy Thompson which lead to MBE contracts with Corporate America.
Collett Produced under MBE contract for Aqua-Chem desalination chemical support for worldwide sales.
In the late 1980s and into the 1990s, Aqua-Chem originally based in Milwaukee Wisconsin became the product developer and prime production contract supplier to the U.S. government for transportable water purification systems for military use, and later also for civilian emergency use. These systems were known as Reverse Osmosis Water Purification Units (ROWPUs) and delivered 3,000 gallons of water per hour in field use.
Collett has worked under contract with US Army as a prime contractor for Desert Storm providing chemical support for reverse osmosis machinery built by Aqua-Chem.
Collett has a keen understanding of Equipment by working with engineers through this career.
Attending the Amos Tuck school of Business at Dartmouth Collett opened his office in the World Trade Center to work in the international arena.
Collett was one of the first to formulate Organic Compounds for the growing of organic foods as we see it today's markets like Whole Foods and the large box club stores.
Collett took his organic agriculture business to Africa working through The United Nations in their FAO program before Organic Foods became mainstream.
Collett formed the Brand "Organic Growers" and now offers a license to manufacture and sell the Organic Growers brand within offshore countries. The full license includes a full line "Well Built Machinery" which includes blending, labeling bottling into either ridged containers or the flexible standup liquid pouch.
Working with Collett brings a team of engineers and his own 40 plus years of experience to build a economic powerhouse for his client base.
In 2003 Collett formed "West Pack Industries LLC" a USDA SQF Organic Certified co-packing plant. Clients included: Mars Foods Seeds of Change and Uncle Ben's, Smuckers, Cumberland Packing Sugar in the Raw to name a few.
Today Collett's consulting services and Well-built Machine Company span the globe.

Jim has over 40 years experience in the sales, marketing, product development, production and manufacturing of a wide variety of food and beverage products.
Starting his career as a West Coast District Manager, Regional Manager, and Vice President of National Accounts, . His responsibilities included managing a sales team with concentration in the fast food and quick service restaurant category, with direct responsibility for McDonalds, Wendys and Burger King.
As Vice President of Contract Packaging and Manufacturing his responsibilities included sales and product development for major toy companies, i.e. Mattel, Hasbro, Funrise Toy as well as other Global food companies. Managing the contracting packaging operation and equipment move from Southern California to Mazatlan Mexico he oversaw the installation and operation of the equipment, training of personnel, and ensuring plant qualification for for major accounts including Kraft Foods. He has extensive knowledge in Manufacturing and Packaging Equipment and plant qualification requirements.
He served for 10 years as a Director, VP, President and Past President of the Contract Packaging Association growing the membership, as well as implementing programs and policies that are still being used today.

In addition to his business success, Jim is celebrating 10 years as an advocate for concussion awareness, education and safety in the Parks and Recreation Youth Sports Programs and for USA Wrestling. He has been recognized Nationally in 2011 and 2016 for his work regarding safety and embracing a Kids First Approach in youth Sports by The National Council of Youth Sports.
His approach to safety in youth sports is simple: “It’s all about the Kids”
Jim is or has been a member of IFMA, NRA, COEX, Georgia Concussion Correlation, USA Wrestling , Team Georgia, Contract Packaging Association, Toy Industry Association and the American Legion. He is a Vietnam Veteran serving in the 101st and XVIII Airborne Corps.

Kunle Famakinwa, Business Development Manager
Kunle Famakinwa has been involved with packaging and sales from the mid eighties.Having spent a great many years in the Home Remodeling as a Partner in Wisconsin Construction and Development Corp, a Milwaukee contracting firm.
Kunle teamed up as the Purchasing Manager at the Chemical Procurement, Inc. (CPI)A Milwaukee Wisconsin specialty chemical production company. He was instrumental in securing the US Department of Defense chemical procurement during the Desert Storm war of the nineties.
Kunle rose to the position of General Manager with CPI. Although Kunle left to pursue other career goals in the Information Technology, but has re-joined our team as Business Development Manager for the East Coast. Kunle brings an enormous wealth of business knowledge and goodwill. Kunle received his education at Wilbur Wright College, Chicago and majored in Aviation Technology. Kunle is married with five children and six grand-children.
