Well Built Machinery can provide technical phone or onsite support for plants utilizing their own staff tradesmen.
We can also provide programs to provide full installation support with our own technical staff supervising the local contractors for power and plumbing portion of the installation process.
Training and support:
This part of the process is one of the most important parts of the process.
The plant is provided with a technical manual written in your language.
A Well Built Machinery technical team member generally works with the plants manager along with the head of maintenance to insure they have the understanding of the machine or packaging line. During this time we will also detail the PM program necessary maintain the Equipment. Most clients order a parts kit with the machines so avoid downtime should a part ever fail. Most plants have their PM plan well controlled and spare parts on hand. Should parts need we have a express service ready in most cases to ship the same day when placing orders before 12 noon.
